Dr. Anna Colombini
Naturopathic Physician & Founder, Peninsula Natural Health
I am a Pacific Northwest native, naturopathic physician, and the owner of Peninsula Natural Health. I have been practicing in Gig Harbor for over twenty years, offering primary care for the whole family with a particular focus on stress-related conditions, women’s health, and autoimmunity.
I grew up in a loving, service-driven home, watching my parents give to each other, our family, and their community. That foundation shaped everything. When I discovered naturopathic medicine, I recognized something I had always understood: that healing happens when the whole person is seen. Not just the symptom. Not just the diagnosis. All of it.
I graduated from the University of Puget Sound with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and completed my Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine at Bastyr University in 2005. I also created Listen Within, a self empowerment workbook and workshop series rooted in the same philosophy that guides everything I do here.
My approach is built around a simple belief: your body already knows how to heal. My role is to listen deeply, help you unbraid the patterns that are keeping you stuck, and support you in coming home to who you were designed to be.
I built this practice to be a place where every patient feels heard. Meet the team that makes that possible every day.
