I believe your body already knows how to heal.
My job is not to fix you. It is to listen to you, really listen, and then help you find your way back to the health that is already yours.
I’ve been practicing naturopathic medicine in Gig Harbor for over twenty years. In that time, I’ve seen the same thing again and again. People come in carrying more than they realize. Patterns, stress, stories, symptoms that have built up over time. What looks like a thyroid issue or chronic fatigue or anxiety is often something deeper. Something that has been waiting to be heard.
That’s why I built this practice around a simple idea. Before we can rebuild, we have to unbraid. We gently work through what has accumulated in the body, the mind, the spirit, so that you can braid a life rooted in how you actually want to feel.
Whole. Grounded. Yourself again.
If you’ve ever left a doctor’s appointment feeling rushed, or reduced to a single complaint, or like nobody quite asked the right question, you’re in the right place.
All of you are welcome here.

What whole-person care actually looks like.
This is what you can expect when you come here.
• Rooted in naturopathic medicine practices.
• You will be heard, not managed.
• You will be seen as a whole person, not a collection of symptoms.
• Your body, mind, and spirit will be treated as one. Because they are.
• Your symptoms are a signal. We look for what they are pointing to.
• You will leave with tools you can carry. Not a dependence on us to carry them for you.
• Healing here is not a performance. It is a return to yourself.
• You are a participant in your own care, not a passenger.
• Prevention is part of the plan. We look ahead, not just at what hurts now.
• Nature and science work together here. Always.
